Reminds me when someone wrote "Kagemusha" on their decklist without knowing that there are 2 cards with "Kagemusha" in the name. These newer/younger players gotta do their research on older cards

It shouldn't be changed. Yu-Gi-Oh is a card game that requires you to read. An offshoot of knowing how to read is knowing how to write. If you can't write down the card you're using correctly then that's on you.

This has not to change! Such simple things as writing the correct Cardname, especially if you just could habe used a Neurondecklist, are not a hurdle for people who can play this game.

Just fill out the form correctly. Unless there is no digital option in which case one should be added since that would make it a lot easier to check compared to hand written.

Know your cards, not sure? read the card itself to make sure.

In mtg if there was a deck list error during a deck check for something like that you would just get a game loss but would be able to continue playing with what you intended/brought to play. But it’s not hard to have a list on your phone or have a typed out list the day of the event lol.

I dunno if it needs to change, just write down the card your using simple as, their fault if they are using shortened/slang terms for the cards surely just because most people know it doesnt change anything
