I lived in St Kitts for almost 2years. It was a lot different than because it was about 25 yrs ago. It was very laid back and beautiful. They had tourism but nothing like they have now. Loved it.

The Caribeean and Central/South America is the greatest area of the world in my opinion, it's also underrated and overshadowed by the typical travel places around the world

To date, this is an island which has no cases of COVID-19. I would move there in a heartbeat if I could.

is there any casino in st kitts & nevis? how about mall and catholic church? are there any house & lot for sale(not over priced) in a gated community?

Until lockdown we went every year for two weeks, get a hire car and just drive where you like. My husband's favourite place is Fort Brimstone, mine is Romney Manor and the 400 year old tree and both of us love Morsi's Bar at Shipwreck. Places to stay only one for me Timothy Beach, Frigate Bay. St Kitts my heaven.

I'm not a 5 star hotel kind of person and I'm travelling alone. Can anyone recommend a quaint inexpensive place to stay for 2 weeks on the island in Basseterre?
