Economics 101 : salaries of public sectors employees are paid by taxes. Canadians have money removed from their pay check to pay for public sectors employees. This is money the Canadians taxpayers do not have to spend ! Salaries of public sectors employees have little net positive effect on the consumption !
The salaries paid by the private sector to their employees is all positive impact on the consumption !
