I achieve a similar look by first blending a cream blush (Milk makeup) on my eyelids, then blending brown color on top of it. Same principle, but the steps are inverted. The pink warmth glows through the brown.
I have dry upper lids so I try to avoid powders there if I can help it.

Edit: came back to say that I found a very similar dupe for the brown eye shadow stick used in the tutorial: the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in color Frappe. It appears to be a shade lighter but overall has a very similar appearance.
The texture is super creamy and the formula blends out beautifully. At less than $10 USD it's a bargain.

I use a Fenty contour stick in Amber as an eyeshadow and a contour. I use actual eyeshadow as a liner with a flat brush, I love a dark brown shadow as a liner.

I have super rounded brown eyes. They have to be the hardest to work with all the eyes shaped and colors. They are a nightmare. I have to do my liner and lashes the night before so I’ll have time to finish the rest of it the next day I’m telling you beblessed that you have your color and shape and lid face. You’re very sweet and beautiful. The only thing I’ll do on the regular basis cover up my melisma and scars and go. I don’t think you can get any lazier than that and then my depression won’t even let me take the time to put sunscreen. 😅😢
