Don't get me wrong: i like montante and big swords in general.But i prefer the Italian-Danish greatswords (Oakeshott type XVIIIe) more, when it comes to true two handed swords.They appeal to me more as they look more "knightly" while the montante style swords instantly bring to mind images of German mercenaries, with their flamboyant attitude along with their gambling and cheerful personalities...:-)

Federico try leaping with your counter and strike sword moves. What I mean is, a strike from the opponent comes, you leap towards him, you block his strike in the air, and then you thrust when you land.
