Tajikistani Nurali Emomali refused to shake hands with his Israeli competitor Tohar Butbul. Emomali had won the match and walked off the mat mat without greeting his opponent as per the tradition.

Later, he was left with a severe injury in the next match. Netizens called it instant karma and criticised him for his 'bad sportsmanship'.
