In this video tutorial I will see:
1) How to prepare steady-state case for simulation of 3D centrifugal pump in OpenFOAM
2) How to run CFD simulation with simpleFoam solver in parallel mode using MPI (decomposePar command) on different number of CPU cores
3) How to calculate head, efficiency and power consumption of centrifugal pump
4) How to make visualization in Paraview open-source software

thank you very much sir. If I want to study the cavitation inside the pump what is the parameters need to change or add to this simulation?

What would be your tool flow if you wanted inflation layers ? Does Salome support this, or would you export stl files and use snappyHexMesh ?

Excellent contribution. Can you make a mixing tank with baffles, please, Thank you

Upon running the simulation I only got 50 Nm of Moment about x-axis instead of 170. Got any idea how to do this?

I come up with a question. Is it possible to do the meshing in the same .unv files.By doing that, at the interface of the mesh, the node should be uniform and in the simulation step, we can cut the step of MergeMesh.Thx!

Thanks a million for this great video. could you also share the U and p boundary conditions for an axial compressor? Thanks . SUBSCRIBED

Is it possible to find the mesh files somewhere in your github? I see only the stl files.

There are big brains behind these software. Why there is no GUI? Like import 3D model, set polygon groups, set sim parameters and run it. I believe it's not hard to do for that guys.
