ADM Harris - Speech at MARFORPAC Change of Command

Adm. Harry Harris, Commander, U.S. Pacific Command, addresses Marines and Sailors at a Change of Command ceremony for U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC).

Retiring United States Marine Corps Lt. Gen. John Toolan was relieved by Lt. Gen. David Berger at a ceremony on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, 2016 Aug. 26. Adm. Harris recognized both Generals for their accomplishments and paraised the assembled Pacific Marines for the critical support they provide to the U.S. Pacific Command and to the United States of America.
