I'm glad Honda is sticking with DCT, being able to shift your own gears just makes the riding experience even better.

I am a long time Honda owner. The Polaris 570 SP had a better ride quality, better power & was around $500 cheaper. I decided to give the Polaris a shot. I am 4 months into owning the Polaris 570 SP. It immediately began to not start correctly. I would turn the key & it would click like a dead battery or bad solenoid. Turn the key again, It might fire right up or it might not. After I had to walk home once I got more serious about getting this fixed. 4 months later the dealer has replaced battery, solenoid, key switch, break switch, starter and now the voltage regulator...possibly the power steering unit next. They have had the bike 1 month of my 4 month ownership. I really like this ATV when it is running. But, it is not dependable. I called the Polaris customer service line about maybe getting the bike replaced or declared a lemon. They told me I would have to work that out with the dealership & that Polaris does not have a buy back or compensation program. The dealer is not the problem they are doing everything they can to help. Poor Polaris quality and poor customer service is why I chose to write this.

Thanks for posting, looks like a well laid out video and very informative for the new buyer of the Honda product.

I've used Honda ATV's for 23 years on our ranch, they are standing the test of time.

Honda DNA is durability...  I will gladly sacrifice a little performance and comfort as well as cool factor for an ATV that will just run when others will fail...  Northern Ontario Canada is too unforgiving to be riding anything else...

I have a 1987 Honda Foreman 350. The engine has never been torn down and doesn't burn any oil or leave any smoke. it has about 4, 000 hours on it and it has worked in the coldest weather and in the hottest weather. I use it almost every single day. the only thing I've ever had to replace besides the battery is the fuel pump. The oil bath clutch and manual transmission have always worked perfect from day one . there's no belt to change nothing to worry about put it in the gear you need and there you go. Looking at these new Foreman I just might consider replacing my old beast

I dont know....I will still take my 1991 Honda fourtrax...Maybe becauseover the last 20 years(im only 20) it has literally taken me to hell and back over 1000s of miles of trailes sunk to the headlights in mud pulled countless deer from the woods and been Pounded like a 2 dollar hooker and never once complained or broken down on me. I own 2016 Polaris sportsman 850 and I love that bad ass rig but i still think the low speed carberated Honda is my favorite simple to work on and simple to maintain.

Why not just use CVT? Because CVT is unreliable compared to geared trans! Thank you Honda for making geared trans!

thank you, thank you, thank you., much like Honda just gave us the options I've been waiting for, you just gave me the review video I've been waiting for, there's a few review videos out already, but they all have the same Honda rep saying the same thing on every video, I've been waiting for someone to actually put one through its paces  and tell me how it rides, how it feels, and what they think of it, how was the breaks, did they perform well? awesome review thanks Dirt Trax :)

First of all im not a honda fan at all. But this new rubicon looks really nice. I perfer the straight rear axel and foot shift if I were to buy.

I wish I had that!! Honda keeps improving, I wish they would do it a little quicker though.

I had an 06 Rubicon it was a joke the motor felt like it was 30 years old the suspension was so stiff every time I hit a bump it would bunny hop up in the air no fuel injection it was also the most cold blooded atv on the planet they finally did everything I said they needed to do to it the new Rubicon is everything I said it needed to be im impressed im willing to give it another chance this time I think I would like it now it looks sweet too I'm definitely gonna get one now well done honda you've done an excellent job of making an excellent ride

it's not "full manual" that would mean it has a hand clutch. it's got an auto clutch that engages when you operate the foot shifter up or down you can hold the shifter up or down and it essentially holds the clutch open...

Could you please do a test ride/review of the Polaris Sportsman ETX? I'm interested in buying it but sadly there are no videos or reviews I could find on it.
