Kars' theme feels like a victory, an overwhelming triumph over the entire existence of every organism on planet earth. It's not sad, ominous or melodramatic like other villain themes, and that is what makes it so great.

Kars is the most successful villain out there. He saved a doge from Araki's hands himself, he is the only villain to have more famous theme than the protagonist, he actually succeeded in his goal of the becoming the Ultimate Life Form.
