Sometimes the Catalina's work off shelf price ...for instance my ShopRite has the same huggies deal where they are $6.99 and you only have to buy 3 and on sale wipes for $1.99 wipes and it's over the $30 shelf price and not the sale price and you get the $7 Catalina. So maybe that's why? But like you said I def wouldn't count on that for rite aid thanks for the preview and I hope you're feeling better each day 😊

What if I never got that Catalina stating to get $7 back when I spend $30. Would i still get the $7 Catalina after I spend that amount of money?
