#81/100: Rotation Estimation: different settings || Quantum Computer Programming in 100 Easy Lessons

In this lesson we begin revisiting Rotation Estimation (Phase Estimation). We'll need to generalize it to work in more challenging settings in order to use it in the Factoring algorithm.
