Don, I usually comment with humor and “sarcasm” but not today
I survived 5 heart attacks and a double bypass and an ablation.. I have Afib
This year my 34 year old nephew (who I see virtually everyday or so) had his pancreas taken out along with half of his stomach and a good bit of his small intestines. Also his spleen was removed and incidentals like gall bladder and various bile ducts ect. Doctor also removed a growth strangling his descending Aorta (my doctor told me that a this surgery could only be done by a handful of surgeons in the world.
He is home and recovering slowly but surely. Now that the stress is subsiding, his mother (my only sister) tried to kill herself.. I can not relate to you the stress we feel. 2 years ago my step son was killed in the US army, , ,
My humble advice is to pray for your family (as I am, for you and your family). and trust in the wisdom and grace of our God… its especially difficult because its Christmas time.
