It seems this locks behind me without having to do anything. Is there an easy way to control when it locks? For example, if I just want to go outside to get my mail, but want to close the door so the dog doesn't get out, is there a way to leave it unlocked so I can walk right back in? No instructions came with this package!

Mine won’t lock on the outside. If you turn the handle up it unlocks. I’ve tried everything but I won’t work

I have this exact model (ST-668) and I CANNOT get it to disable the annoying automatic locking feature...… as per instructions above starting at 3:54, I put in my 4 digit ADMIN CODE, then followed by the # then * then # again as instructed, and it WILL NOT even unlock nor obviously stay DOES NOT WORK!

Hi I have the same one from the video and I have set it up and everything but it won’t lock I’ve tried removing the unlock at all times setting but it still won’t lock what should I do??

Mine does not work either. I will try Home Depot or Lowe's.

Don’t be cheap by the name brand ones from Lowe’s or Home Depot. These are confusing as all hell and imo junk.
