Maybe the developers changed their first plans about was after the very positive feedback to his charakter. Maybe that´s the reason way the game has been delated and now they gave him a bigger role in the game as they actually wanted...

If I'm not mistaken, FC3 developers said Vaas isn't the main villain in the game. Matter of fact he's the bottom of the pyramid, the tip of the iceberg. But here's the thing, Vaas, so far, has received more attention than any other character in the game, including the main one. Strange isn't it? You can tell he's not behind all this shit, you can tell he's being sort of controlled. "The pain will stop... Once Jason Brody is dead." .. Huh. I wonder who made him think like that.
We shall see.
