Concepts:

* We don't have control over external factors and trying to do so is exhausting

* Focusing on how we talk to ourselves and how we care for ourselves instead? We create choice, freedom & joy.

* When we prioritise genuinely appreciating the moment we're in, not from toxic positivity but from the honesty of 'this is f*****g hard AND I can feel the joy of growth/being alive/realising it hurts because of my capacity to love' then we get to create from the energy of generosity, possibility and expansion with unlimited creativity instead of resistance and fear of missing out/it being too late.

Action Step:

Notice the language you're using today, anything that indicates that you're waiting for something to finish before you start something else, 'should, hope, just, when x ....' are good indicators to get you started!

Pick one thing that you do/experience today for your groundhog day joy anchor, what is it about it that brings you joy, how could you turn up the joy dial by 1% more joy with it today (and then every day)
