Ingredients:

100g Whole grain spelt flour
200g Strong white flour
240g Luke warm wate
6g Salt
4g Fresh yeast

Follow the steps in the video and you can't go wrong.
If you love bread you will love this recipe.

For the sour dough stater

Ingredients:
50g Spelt flour
50g Water

Mix together and allow to ferment for 24 hours.
Then repeat the process for 7-10 days depending if you starter doubles in size
