I added a calisthenics routine day into my weight lifting week, (I'm only 4-5 months in, but I got 8 kgs of muscles already), and I gotta say the tuck lever is hell to keep. I can do 10 clean pushups, but I can stay a couple seconds tuck in a ball, it's a completely different game. (I'm 180cm for reference) I love it tho.
I'm doing the frog pose too thank to your videos, and I'm improving a lot faster on those.
Keep up the grind, we need your knowledge and motivation!

I've been tryin to get into calisthenics for awhlie now and still havent managed to do a pull up... yet 😅but you and your videos are always inspiring so I'm thinking that with all this inspiration, now is the time to get into it properly. crazy how you upload this as im grinding out the front lever, i started 2 months ago training everyday and can hold it for 3 seconds, im looking for a 10 second hold before the end of the year...

Looking amazing and thanks for teaching me front lever progressions. I tryed those whith jump and hold it for 1s straight till drop. Next 2 days core was sore

I think I have the core strenght needed, but my lats aren't there yet. I'm 5'2, so I have that advantage atleast

Someone once told me to be strong enough to do this move, you need to be able to do 1 max rep pullup with an additional 70% of your bodyweight. So for a 70kg guy like me I may as well stay away from the move until I can do 1 max rep pullup with a 50kg weight on me. How true is this?

May be I can do front lever. But my friends say that the posture is not good while doing front lever. Can you check my front lever video and tell me where I'm doing wrong.. please ❤
