Stand with feet hip width apart with your hands by your side, begin the movement with an explosive and short countermovement jump while remaining in an upright position. When landing don't allow the knees to bend excessively along with aiming to maintain dorsiflexion in the feet, aim to absorb the landing force and jump back up to bring the knees to the chest. Repeat the movement.
