If you consider objectively all of Javier Baez's total body of work for the entire 2018 season, this is not even a debate. The impact he has made in all facets of the game and during critical points of ball games so much so, that has even changed the momentum of games, He also plays a higher skilled position and there way more opportunities for failure playing in the infield than the outfield.. He should be the MVP. Christian Yelich is an excellent player. But if you look at the calendar from April to October, not a chance. By the way, I'm a White Sox fan so this is an unbiased posting.
