Yes it’s interesting to get his view on an early Koenigsegg, and it is amazing what that 1 man start up company has done in less than 20 years, I think what at least 2x having fastest car in the world, they even make there own rims now, most tiny companies buy parts/engine from others. Cool to hear the owner even flew in and wanted to find out what really happened. That’s prolly why he’s one of top in world. Imagine the stories the Stig has after testing top cars for over 20 years!

What did Gumpert done, that it's not even mantioned after years? The Gumpert Apollo was the fastest car for quite a while, but in the same episode Top Gear made another stupid record by a person and didn't mention the car record. After that they broke the record with a car on racing tyres and this remained on top until the record was broken regulary. Then the dirty time was removed. In this episode there was told some stupid things, that you can't adjust the seat position. But of course it's possible to adjust the pedals. The Gumpert was a semi race car.
Later Clarksen made a reportage about Gumpert and his time with Audi rallye cars, but in that episode he destroyed a small start up manufacturer with lies.
