The cutting down content tip was so powerful because I actually tried it - cut down a 20 minute video down to a 6 minute video, and I got 33% of the viewers reaching the end which is wayyy more than my usual which doesn't even cross 10%. It also ended up being my best performing video yet. Even though it took more effort, it was worth it. I recommend it.

Great advice. I just published my 10th video and have already started doing the severe editing you're describing on my most recent 2-3 videos. The result might be putting out fewer videos -- but the videos will be better. Thanks for this advice -- you're right, it works for all genres of videos!

I have over 2, 000 hours in just 2 months so it CAN be done. For myself, it was content and clean, cohesive thumbnails. Views and Total Hours are going very well...however, my struggle is with gaining Subscibers, so I will tune into some other videos on that topic. Best wishes EVERYONE!
