Thanks, that worked in 2019! The current download link was slightly modified but I applied the same rules, deleted &report=download (which was in different place), also deleted us and then replaced with open and it works! :D

There is no Add to Drive, but Add Shortcut to Drive, and upon doing that and making a copy, the ownership doesn't change and still can't download :/

The export an download were in a separate spot for me and when i typed in this exact link it says to request access

Everyone that is having a problem with the missing "Add to Drive" button do this:
1) Click on the three dots at the top right
2) Click on "Add a Star" (or something like it)
3) Go to your drive and at the left, where you can see "My Drive/Computers/etc" go to where it says "With a Star" and click it.
4) Go to the file that you "stared" and right-click and make a copy.
5) From there just download the file from your Drive.
6) Done!

Ya hace unos días que este método para evadir el limite de Google Drive no sirve, porque ya no deja hacer copias de los archivos que tienen la descarga bloqueada por el limite de descarga. Al intentar hacer la copia en otra cuenta de Google Drive del archivo bloqueado para descargar tarda un rato y da siempre error… Tendrían un método alternativo? o podrían subir a otro servidor que no limite la velocidad?
