Took me about a half hour to figure out what I was doing wrong trying to fold the kayak. It was not intuitive to me to make the last fold as required. Once I watched the video a few times I realized what the sleight of hand was-placing the corners as directed. I admit I am a bit slow but now happy with how easy this final step is. Thanks for the video! I had assembled the kayak and used it every day for 3 days without folding it. Lots of “memory” in the hull to overcome.
I am sure a few assembly and disassembly cycles will help improve my time to complete each.

why is there one zipper in the front and 2 in the back instead of just one in the back? Also how do you fit it in the backpack, with or without the shoulder strap carrier?

Design wise how is the LT sport different from the LT. I understand there’s a railing for accessories. But is it the same in all other respects?
