This is also one of my favorite cake trends! I want to make something like this for my family’s Mother’s Day party because it’s so cute and girly. I’m team stack and crumb coat immediately, luckily I haven’t had any issues haha

Beautiful cake! I usually stack and crumbcoat the cake, put it in the fridge to firm and then do the rest of the decorations. But if I'm doing a 4 inch tall cake I stack the cake in the cake tin lined with acetate, put it in the freezer and then take it out of the tin and crumbcoat etc...because I find 4inch cakes a lot harder to keep straight if you stack and crumbcoat right away! ☺️

I can’t free hand at all 🤫 my first cake was forgettable 🤭 it was a practice cake, Mom was my official taste tester, she kept saying she needed another bite 😁 fun times. How tired was your hand
