I don't believe the song is about cheating. My interpretation of the song is that a couple broke up temporarily and he went off with another woman. Then he realized he wanted his first woman back so they made amends and got back together and he discarded the one night stand. Now this one night stand is harassing him and his wife/girlfriend so the wife/girlfriend is telling her how it is. If you listen to the words, she mentions "He's coming home to a lover that's strong" which means he's going back to her and has no plans of seeing this other one again. I had a boyfriend once who had a crazy woman from his past after him so I can relate.
