Nice one Harry, food looked good, When I had to shed quite a few pounds I didn't follow a diet as such, I just cut my carbs right down... and the weight just fell off, took about a year to get rid of 3.5 stone!! And I've kept it off by following the same low carb regime. Even peas and sweet corn are very high in carbs... obviously we need carbs but not as much as ya think.... enjoy. Lee
