Canon vs Fanon

I watched this scene in Encanto and saw so much opportunity for different animations- but I mostly saw it for this. Tell me in the comments if you agree that all Canon movies/shows/stories are torturous and Fanon is our way of fixing these mistakes XD

Warning, My opinion is down below, if you are just gonna get mad at me for saying something on the Internet then I wont respond, because thats all it is. An opinion on the Internet, it doesnt hurt anyone.

























My opinion on this subject is, if you don't like the way the Cannon story turned out then that's okay, but don't fault a story that most likely already had an ending planned out just because two characters who have literally nothing in common don't end up together. If you bully a show or other shippers because they don't ship the two fictional characters you do, then you're just entitled and bratty. I know if I made a story and had characters set on a certain path, then lost fans because I didnt make the main character fall in love with the first people that tried to kill them, or that the main character isnt gay, then I'd be relieved I wouldnt have someone who's way too controlling as a fan
