I would add a few things to the accessory work besides grip strength.

- Grip (including wrist & finger extension)
- Rotator Cuff
- Neck
- Hip Flexors
- Knees
- Ankles (including anterior tib work and overall foot mechanics)

2:49 … ohh grip!
I HAD incredibly strong hands.. 30 years ago 🙄.. I’ve battered the hell out of them and now have accelerated arthritis.. yay genetic issues 🤪..
anyway!
I was moving an absurdly heavy file cabinet for my mom yesterday, and decades of abuse have made my hands ridge-less calluses 😅.. so as a ‘hack’ I regularly use the more expensive, tight fitting garden gloves that have some grip on them.. or, like yesterday..
I have a package of those funny little nubby silicone type fingertip protectors, like tellers count money with..
I put a few on each hand, and I wasn’t struggling to retain my grip on the slippery acreage of metal I had to haul to the basement 🤦‍♀️
They worked GREAT.. they’re TINY, inexpensive and when I had sliced my finger before, it was the perfect little bumper keep the padding in place, and not smash it into things and spiking pain and re-opening it..

Just a thought 😅
I have an entire closet overflowing in my camping/hiking gear and and preps.. I make extremely comprehensive ‘go bag’ type kits as gifts for my nearest and dearest, they usually keep them in the car and will inevitably need it.. never fails..
so.. now that I’ve tested the silly dirt cheap little pinger bumpers .. I can totally see a benefit to having a few in first aid and a packet with my tools for work/ and my go kits..

Hope someone else finds some use in my dithering..😅😅

Thanks Nick!
