ISO 9001 2015 Clause 8 I Operations I Sub Clause 8.1,8.2,8.3,8.4,8.5,8.6,8.7
Clause 8.1 states that organization must need to plan all the processes which are going to help during operations or execution of product and services. Clause 8.2 states that organization must need to understand the requirements of products and services before confirming the order from client. Requirement shall be related to product and service specifications, legal requirement or requirement of organization itself for completion of product and service's execution. Clause 8.3 states that organization need to establish and implement complete design and development process as per requirements of customer. Design and development process includes various stages starting from DD plan, DD inputs, DD verification, DD Outputs, DD Validation, DD Change. Clause 8.4 states that organization shall need to determine its all supplier's / vendor's for all processes , product and services. Their evaluation, re-evaluation and performance need to be monitored regularly to maintain quality of outsource products and services. Clause 8.5 states that organization shall need to control production process. Every operation required for product or services need to be execute in controlled manner with all required documented information. Clause 8.6 states that organization must ensure the conformity of products and services before release or dispatch to customer. Organization shall review and verify all the required parameters related to products and services before release to customer. Clause 8.7 states that organization shall need to control any non-conformity related to products and services during operations or after delivery. Organization must need to identify any non conformity, record that non conformity, take appropriate action and close that non conformity so that it can not be happen in future.
