Roest P3000 Coffee Roaster - A First Look

Roest is known for sample-sized coffee roasters and now they're coming out with a 3 kilo model that's quite ambitious. With a hopper loader, you can set it and forget it for up to 60 kilos of green coffee. Add in simplicity of parts, ease of disassembly, color profiling,sensor redundancy, and Artificial Intelligence - and you've got a roaster to consider.
