I learned this tongue twister back in the early 1990s when I was in grade school. This is the version given by our English teacher

Betty Botter bought some butter, but she said the butter is bitter. "If I put it in my batter it will make my batter bitter, but a bit of better butter will make my batter better"

So she bought a bit of butter, better than her bitter butter, and she put it in her batter, and her batter was not bitter.

In memory of Mrs Helen Tubillara De Guzman, our late English teacher and my most favorite teacher of all time❤

As someone whos main language is english, the way i get through this is intuitively understanding what the twister means. I speak english almost all the time and even think in english, so that also helps in saying it

Please work on your pronunciation. You've pronounced quite a few words wrong. Just sayin'.
