I can't believe it's been exactly one year that's Street Fighter V was released and it's still a huge disappointment for me as a fan. I hope the game will bring arcade mode more modes, more characters, more stages, and fix many of the online and loading issues.

Don't worry guys, the launch issues will be fixed. The foundation is solid and working. The extra features are the ones that need to be worked on and fixed. This isn't MKX where the foundation is fucked. Be patient and wait. I know, it's annoying and we shouldn't have to deal with this shit in 2016, but they released it early to allow people to practice for the tournaments.

I'm okay with the shadow release since its clear they are doing it for Capcom Cup and their trying to pass up the later content as DLC and it's free. Unless you're a big fighting game fan or have someone to play local with until online gets fixed, I would suggest waiting. I'm still getting it soon though since I actually want to play local more than online and am fine with the wait for the rest of the content.
