Baytay Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, I’m age 71, since 5 months I can’t sit down during my salats Alhamdulillah ( I want to sit Inshaa’Allah on carpet too when we sit during salats as I could before 5 months. I have a serious concern please answer my query
I had undergone a miniscus tear surgery for my right knee it's been two years now. Sometimes it hurts and makes a tickling sound. Now the left knee is hurting not in the same way but I am unable to sit for prayer specially folding legs in tashahadud is getting impossible for me. Unable to sit or stand normally from floor. Kindly suggest exercises so that I can pray normally sitting on the floor . I am praying on the chair as of now but it's my dream to sit on the floor and pray as it's to be prayed
