The M4 one is a huge stretch. The anime style is so generic these days you can find the same pose with the same-ish looking anime girl drawn by hundreds of people. Even more Danidem is in no position to judge since he has no public records of anime style skins or images. Closest he has is a skin series called Bubblegum that is cartoon/comic book style. Danidem has also behaved in a very much immature manner because despite saying not to start a witchhunt he himself has clearly ad hominem attacked people that show valid points against it being stolen artwork and contributed to a massive witchhunt against the artist.

The temukau is literally the biggest pile of bs I've ever seen. Yes, he used base characters, and yes he used pre-made hair, but he also made it into an original character. I doubt the artist of the base character even cares. Edit: let me also say, you can't judge him off his other skins since the only one that made it into the game is still, technically speaking, his own original character.

Tbh most anime works are very similar to each other. I don't really understand why people think its blatantly copyright when the style of anime is to be simplistic and highlight features like mouth, eyes, hair etc. I really don't think it's been copyrighted, but maybe some inspiration could've played into the designing of the skin. I think it's more like the csgo workshop artists are getting salty that something so weird has been added. At least that's my hot take.
