Disappointment

Firstly, when we reached the airport, we were late to arrive. (Understandable) When we tried to check in our luggage, we found a system error. When we asked your staff, she asked to wait and eventually we waited for 20 minutes and then only she came back but by then the period to check in the luggage was over, by just a few minutes. Afterwards, we questioned the manager, who simply replied that there was nothing she could do. She kept defending herself and her staff. She also kept hinting that she did not care at all. She only told one of us to get another flight to Guilin. This, on its own already cost us thousands of ringgit. The next issue was that the next flight was another two days later. In the end we did not get to go on the flight due to most of our clothing being in the luggages. I understand we were late, but the attitude of your staff shows how under-prepared and under trained your staff is to respond to customers in this kind of situations. This also includes the way your staffs deal with an issue. Instead of hurrily assisting us, they walked so slow that it looked as if they just did not care. This is just disappointing. My mother's total mood was spoilt. A family holiday turned out to be a disaster holiday.

Can you please repair your app and website.ALL the planes I am trying to book in March 2025 are showing ALL seats unavailable from rows 1 to 18. Same story for flights in any other month. Crazy.

I received a message to cancel the general schedule change for AirAsia flights.

I can cancel, but there is no system to cancel

AI and Consultation [BO] Counselors only repeat the same answer message.

I also sent an email, but there was no reply.

I'm very angry and I think I can talk about everything about this

AirAsia is a system that can easily make payments but cannot easily cancel them.

I booked to fly to Vietnam, and opted for credit during the pandemic after having such a hassle getting the money refunded. AND NOW THE CREDIT CAN ONLY BE USED TO FLY TO MALAYSIA.. SUCH BS! Con airline, profit driven BS, you don't care about your customers, you only care for profits...
