027 Stored Procedures with Multiple Result Sets

Hi sir, hope your doing good. Need your help for the below query!
My sproc returns 3 resultsets, I have made all the changes as you mentioned.
But when I store each result set in a list, for eg : I can see each list having 46 rows but those 46 rows are the duplicates of the 1st row.
I mean, The first row in each result set is overriding all other rows in each resultset. Please suggest

One would think that if Microsoft has the database meta data to determine the first result set that they'd also have that meta data for the second and subsequent results sets. So what happens when you do an Update to the model from the wizard? ...Do you lose you changes and have to re-map it all over again? That'd be a pain in the ass over several procs.
