Using Bitcoin Loans To Buy Anything

Get my new Bitcoin book:
In this video, I discuss how Bitcoin loans can be an excellent alternative to selling one's Bitcoin for fiat, and thus incurring a huge tax bill.
Collateralized Bitcoin loans can be a great way to enjoy your profits, while still maintaining full exposure to Bitcoin's potential upside. If you borrow in a conservative way, you should still be fine during a large Bitcoin price drawdown.
The USD received from a Bitcoin loan can be spent, or invested in starting a new business or buying an investment property.
The cash flow from the business or investment property can then be used to make the interest payments, or one can sell a tiny amount of Bitcoin to make the interest payments.
While Bitcoin loans may not be for everyone, they can be an excellent way to monetize one's unrealized capital gains on Bitcoin in a tax-efficient way.
When taking out a Bitcoin loan, it is important to do it in a multi-sig context, where one can avoid the risks associated with rehypothecation and still hold at least one private key.
