It is obvious who Judge Mantana has problems with in this panel. She sabotaged herself with how she handled her emotions towards those panelists. However her vision demonstrated that she has really studied the underlying problems in the Western Cape and has valuable insights as to how to address some of those issues.

So they ask if there's room for improvement and how does she see such improvements being implemented and the honorable AJP danced her way off the stage. The second part of her answer was all she needed.

Mantame wasted her time she does know the crux of the issues in the court but her articulation of her points were done in a manner that is not befitting of someone who wants to be the JP

I really think she is been put in a corner or spot to act as a sell out, and she is really try to protect the situation. The panel is not been fair to her. It just look like an interview which the commissioners have been waiting for to grill her unnecessarily. This is not even an interview but a personal attack that seek to label a judge as incompetent. I honestly think she shouldn't have applied for this position.
