I just got mine today 11/2/24. Some of my decision based on this review. In part because the interface was much like what am already familiar with on my Heybike. However, it seems that Vivi has changed a few things since March. The packing was quite different, some of the components are not the same. The main one is that the interface is not the same but also now has 5 PAS setting rather than 3. Now I need to see how to unlock max speed or if it's even possible. None the less, this is still a great bike at a good price (NOW $719.99) and I have no complaints.

Hi there first off let me thank you for this video .
Second may I ask how work the horn . I think i need to turn up the volume but can't do it . I click over onto volume on LCD screen and then hit the plus button up and or down with no result .
Any help would most appreciated

Youve got one of the only reviews on this bike besides Amazon reviews. I hope mine comes in working order and i like it as much as you do. Ive almost thought about cancelling my order and getting a Totguard from walmart because im sure they offer a better warranty. Their warranty seems sketchy. You should stand behind your product for more than 30 days. Oh well...heres to hoping. Lol

good review, but you forgot completely about the battery, removing it, charging it, what kind of charger it comes with, the key and mounting, plugs, on/off switch, etc

My speedometer and miles ridden total and battery strength started to work. Yea bought December been riding a lot 3 total miles. Wish I knew what I did. Saved me 78 dollars vivi warranty shit
