Everyone talking about how much budget or how many animators would be surprised about the budget or the amount of people involved in the shot, regularly shots like this are the result of clever use of resources, like the cgi at the start of the scene, or that these kind of sequences ate tackled by passionate individuals, like Kouki Shikiji, whom was the one in charge of this sequence.

The guy did as well part of the dancing sequence for Fuuto Pi, and some bonkers fight sequences on Symphogear, and it seems that he most recently worked in some race scenes and dancing scenes in Uma Musume Pretty Derby S3, which considering its popularity in japan, indicates that te guy has steadily been improving and gaining recognition with his peers.

His character animation work is great, but I hope he gets more chances to develop his work in battle scenes, because his Silver Chariot vs Ebony Devil was pretty cool.
