I will always miss Flash. Flash animation kept me financially alive for years as an elderly worker that had to resort to freelance to make a living. Thank you Macromedia! The graphic tools were exceptional. They allowed me to create a whole lot! Vector graphics ruled with flash!

I remember back in early 2010s, I always find some contents inaccessible because my Flash program had some issue (for example not updated). Later in 2014 or something I found in some video websites I can manually choose HTML5 player instead of Flash player. But I didn't realize that option actually marked the grave of Adobe Flash already.

Ironically my college did the opposite and started using more flash based stuffs in 2018 and since April of 2020 they’ve been scrambling to transfer over to Web GL.
