People need to pray and come back to the Lord. People just aren't worshipping God like they should.

Except we didn't hear an explanation of the Gospel here. What exactly is repentance. Where in the Bible do we see the "sinner's prayer" where we just repeat those words and we're saved? I don't recall seeing Jesus or the Appstles going to towns and telling them to "just repeat after me." Ray Comfort gave a great analogy. Imagine that a woman has been beaten by her husband. The police come and bring the husband to the wife and tells him to apologize, saying, "repeat after me..." Do you think the wife would accept the apology? I can't tell you how many times I prayed that sinner's prayer and remained a false convert for over 30 years. It wasn't until my eyes were truly opened to the reality of my sin, that I was crushed by it that I finally repented. Just being sorry in the moment and reciting a prayer created in the 20th century won't save anyone. 😢

Humans are made in the “image and likeness of God” and your TV pitch sounds like your ministry makes God into a being that can be triggered by formulaic human prayers.

Just a waste of time serving a fictional character that does a good impression of an absentee dad 🙄
