Did u checked the ground with spirit level, it optical illution, just check the place with water or spirit level. It will make u the knowledge about it

It is an optic illusion. In reality, the road is not uphill. It only appears so in relation to the surrounding landscape but not sea level.

My father is an engineer in UAE Fujairah in wadi he is in a high position he gave a mission to a guy and that guy was driving then suddenly the Jin was shaped by an old man without shoes then that Jin said to the man take me to this location slowly it was because this Jin loves a ride in a car so this Jin was talking to the man and the man suddenly noticed that the Jin legs were in a wrong position like turned back and the man couldn’t even move

It's a point in road where gravitational field level less
Your car may move by its self but there is no moment in water
And its very difficult to find that place on the road
