Vizio m3D650sv smearing

Motion smearing on Vizio 3d 65" set...notice the blue streaking on the sandbags and door frame during quick motion. The effect happens on everything but is most noticeable on dark objects. My Vizio 47" 3d set does not do this, and shares the same 120 hz refresh rate.

Also keep in mind there is a "smooth motion" option in your menu, which you can turn off. This could be the issue as opposed to the video chip itself.

The gun is purple when you move and I see it on the door frame too.

Kinda late commenting here, but whoever stumbles upon this...changing your color temperature may help. You should lower your blue offset until this goes away.

Considering this set as a new purchase. Any issues with the glossy screen I see on the in-store models? Is there significant glare or reflection during daytime viewing? I would be placing this in a large living room with lots of sunlight. Nothing hitting the screen itself, but the floor and furniture in front of it. Thinking it could be an issue, but wondering what others see.

Smoothing is off, "Game Mode" is on so there is no additional video processing going on. My friend's Samsung does a similar thing.

No I haven't found a solution. Ive checked AVS Forum for help and contacted Vizio...no solutions. My friends Samsung does a similar thing..so it happens to other brand LEDs as well.

Could be an issue, I have it in a completely dark room at the moment.

Have you figured out what the problem is? I just got a Vizio set and I'm experiencing the exact same issue!

Still having issues...certain scenes in movies will has a blue ting where the black should be, yet the next scene will be fine...tried everything even blue gain and offset set to zero and it's still there. Maybe something with the color decoder? I don't know...

I have a Vizio E-series and it does this as well. Im not too bothered by it but would love to be able to minimize it.
