Very good video. I hope it’s the same on my 2010. I believe the uppern lower are both be clicking. Let’s get to it.
I’d rather remove the gas pedal than remove whole dash

That’s, a lot of help. Also, how did you get rid of the Chimes noise when the door is open???

Hey, thanks a lot for the helpful video. It's great to see how the plastic panels come off because I'm always terrified I'm going to break something. Since you showed all the spots, I was able to identify the correct motor without even pulling panels and the suggestion to remove the accelerator pedal was ingenious. Mine was that one and the gears looked identical to what happened with yours. Only one question. Is the tool you used to pull the plastic panels plastic or metal?

I have a 2016 and there is no clicking noise but the rear won’t blow hot or cold air I switch it back and foward from the front control and rear controls from cold to hot and no difference could it be what you switched out?? The front ac works fine

Will this driver side acuator cause air to blow hot only on the driver side ac vents while all other vents are blowing cold

I have a 15 MKC and it dont click but my AC is cool on one side warm on the other. You think its the same issue? Or blend door?

Do both of those front actuators control temperature, or does the left side control mode and does the right side control temperature

Does that affect not getting cold air on the front vents? 🤔

Thank you for the video Sir. I just replaced one of the actuators in the rear. Replacing the second rear one today. I am also going to switch the front driver side one today. My rear actuator has been clicking for months and finally went out completely and basically stopped clicking. I noticed recently that my AC is going from pretty cold to not so cold at times. It continues this process every few minutes. Would these blend door actuators maybe cause this problem? All of my other AC components are brand new as of about 45 days ago. The AC has been blowing ice cold since the new compressor install. Until the other day when it started going from very cold to slight cool continuously. Do you think these blend door actuators being replaced may solve this issue? thanks again

How did you make sure you put it back in the correct position? Did you turn temp down to hot, cold or half way?

Do you know how many blend doors it actually has because I’m having a problem with mine where the air recirculator is not working and it’s only sucking air from outside?

I am having the same click you show in your video from the rear area. The rear A/C is working fine but I am getting little to no air flow up front. Could it be the rear blend door actuator? If so which one would I need for the rear? The strange thing for me is to replicate the noise I either need to turn the rear A/C off or simply open a door. Not really sure of the correlation.TIA!
