Exploring the Pathogenesis of Novel Coronavirus using T-Bioinfo Server toolkits

There are increasing threats with a variety of virulent pathogens causing emerging, and re-emerging Infectious diseases worldwide.

OmicsLogic is pleased to talk about the example projects that are present in OmicsLogic Learn Portal that will help to shed light on how bioinformatics analysis can be leveraged to understand the biology of pathogens and to study Infectious Diseases.

Here, we will focus on the project on “Origin and Pathogenesis of Novel Coronavirus ”. In this project we explore the pathogens Sars-Cov as well as the disease that are caused by it. This project will help you to explore the origin of the pandemic , how different diseases are caused by this pathogen , how they are related to existing strains of human coronavirus and also to the other strains of animal sources.
