SIGLENT SDS800X HD new entry level 12-bit oscilloscope series

SIGLENT Technologies recently introduced the new economical 12-bit SDS800X HD series oscilloscopes. Usually the products presented in China are introduced into the European market after 3/5 months, so we hope to see these models here in the EU soon too.

SDS800X HD series models can optionally have the 16-channel digital probe (SLA1016) and the 25MHz AWG arbitrary function generator (SAG1021I)

The SIGLENT SDS800X HD series consists of the following models:

SIGLENT SDS802X HD 70MHz, 2 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 50Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

SIGLENT SDS804X HD 70MHz, 4 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 50Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

SIGLENT SDS812X HD 100MHz, 2 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 50Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

SIGLENT SDS814X HD 100MHz, 4 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 50Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

SIGLENT SDS822X HD 200MHz, 2 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 100Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

SIGLENT SDS824X HD 200MHz, 4 analog channels, 2GSa/s sampling, 500,000wfm/s acquisition speed, 100Mpts of memory and 12 bits of vertical resolution.

Its looks very entry as it clearly also is, and I get that they wanna show how small and mobile it is, by carying it around too everybody and use on that jobdeck, but thr lack of battery or power bank ability and only AC - kind of undermines that video narrative.
and yet another 16/9 ratio that cramp that critical vertical 12bit resolution quite a bit when you only working with a small 7" screen.. even my old 2015 - P8Max phone is around that size 6.8" in 16/9 and having around that screensize as a bench scope platform.

As much as I like Siglent I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and go rigol 914s. No information on release dates other than 'soon'.

Hello. Can I ask you to take a video of a 3 MHz meander (Square signal) on DHO914, 914S, 924 and 924S? At the same time, try not to use long wires with crocodiles (probes) on the earth terminal, use only a needle spring as the earth terminal on the oscilloscope probe. And take the signal directly from the generator connector, without its native cable.
