My Nana used to make fried chicken livers with mustard to dip in. She grew up with very country cuisine. I used to love the chicken livers.. oh and scrapple! Scrapple with syrup or ketchup 😍

Omg I just remember the smell of them thangs girl! But yeah my family is from south Georgia so we had fried chicken gizzards and livers with gravy.... I couldn't handle the texture but I'm 43 so we ate what we were given!

Chitterlings or Chitlins are intestines of pigs, cows, goats, lamb or goose and are sometimes stuffed to make sausage. I have NC roots and spent my childhood in Ashe county, WAY over there in the mountains that you guys are scared of, 😅anyway, my family always ate 'em, at least a few times a month if not more 😂❤ Fun video 👍
