Team Fortress 2 (TF2) is a team-based multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed and published by Valve. It consists of nine classes, Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy, and two teams, Red and Blu. The teams try to take the others' objective, such as an intelligence brief case, or a control point.

Slow beginnings to a healthy habit is vital to actually get you to keep it up
Applies to workout, diets and even just stretching or whatever else (seriously people, stretch your muscles, slows down the need for you to go get a massage or something else to move as well as you should for your age)
